J0ya 9 ("we", "us", "the platform") is a provider of online Sports Betting and gaming services. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("member", "user") and j0ya 9.

• Your account password must be strong and unique.
• Any changes to your account details must be updated immediately.

J0ya 9 is strictly for adults. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use our platform. Age is verified at registration, and additional verification may be requested at any time.

If it is found that a minor has created or used an account, that account will be immediately closed. All transactions will be cancelled, and the deposited funds may be returned or seized after notifying the relevant authorities.

J0ya 9 supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services, as well as bank transfers. All deposits must be made from the account holder's own registered payment method. Third-party payments are not accepted.

If a member is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or is underage, their account will be permanently closed.
